The Board of the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development is the supreme governing body of the Foundation. The Board serves the Foundation’s general management. The Board’s main function is to ensure the goals for which the Foundation was established.

The rules for the formation of the Board are as follows: during the establishment of the Foundation, the first Management Board was elected by its founder. In future the Board will be formed by itself. Board members are elected for a term of five years. The quantitative composition of the Board is determined by its decision but should not exceed ten members. The Board members shall perform their duties on a voluntary basis.

Daily management of the Foundation is carried out by the President of the Foundation, who was originally elected by the founder of the Foundation and subsequently reelected by the Board for a term of five years.
